If you are actually looking for solutions, I would be interested to know what problems there were with the architect. Here, just as with the later house construction, it depends on which services have been agreed upon and which have not. Problems with architects do happen from time to time, but as a rule, looking at it objectively, these are often rather misunderstandings that originate from the commission given. For example, if I buy a rye bread at the bakery, I obviously have no claim to two additional rye rolls.
