& Awesome! That’s exactly why I signed up in this forum: You get ruthless (almost rude) criticism, but also very helpful suggestions!

Regarding the Toronto designs:
I find the upper floor almost perfect, if it weren’t for the "dark" hallway. You definitely need skylights there. Which I don’t really like.
The ground floor with the bay window also has a lot of potential! What bothers me is that you always have to go through the kitchen.
That’s why I would sacrifice the guest room for a passage.

I also think daylight spots would be important here. Which leads directly to the next question: What exactly is the roof supposed to look like and does it have any other purpose besides keeping water out from above? Also the question of how big the children's rooms should be? Of course – most people want them as big as possible. But one could also consider reducing the size of the rooms and creating a play hallway with daylight from the south between them. Yes, that's how it is in Toronto. Here, only a presentable eat-in kitchen would be possible. I wouldn't. Let's better keep looking...

Your garage is still worrying me. I'm afraid you will have to shrink the floor area considerably, as the terrain modeling will consume quite a bit. Since there are no measurements, you can only roughly imagine it. So far, I can only imagine that the garage is located a bit higher up and a staircase leads to the house. The house then stands relatively straight in a hollow, did I understand that correctly? Then you also need a bit of "flood protection". If it really pours, it comes from all sides or what?

Because of the garage and driveway, you can't avoid an architect...

The north side is about 37m. East, west & south about 31-32m.

Yes. Although, if you will, the lowest point of the hollow is the eastern house.
On our side, it goes steeply down the first few meters from the street and then continues relatively evenly with a slight slope towards the neighbor in the east. (I hope that was somehow understandable )

Yes, you can also see it quite well on your site plan. However, you said that it rises again in the neighbor's garden. Then the house would be perfectly located in the flood channel?

No. Hip roof. Slope medium Not too steep and not too flat. What do you use there? 22°-25°?

We find 18sqm ideal. If the floor plan is perfect, probably 15sqm would be the absolute limit
