My tank from 2010 - back then I still had the osmosis system running with 2x150W HQI burners. Crazy electricity!

You had quite a jungle there. But at 300W, something is allowed to grow too.

That should be approximately right. Below 22° pitch, the selection of roofing materials becomes narrower. If the roof is not supposed to be visible from larger distances at all, I would not underestimate the perspective: on two full floors (type city villa), a 28° hip looks about as flat as a 22° gable. So I would aim rather for 25 to 28° pitch (and possibly 2 to 3 degrees flatter on the garage).

At the top of the plan is north:

The car driveway should then have about a 14% incline – it has to manage that. For winter, one should already think of something.

Nevertheless, I think that the earthworks would be cheapest with this positioning.

Thank you! I find exactly these kinds of hints very helpful.

You enjoy planning and designing just as much as I do The 3D visualization looks really cool. Especially since you have "built in" the pitch, I can imagine everything much better. About the floor plan: Somehow I don't find top and bottom quite coherent... it doesn't quite spark for me...

I really like the outside staircase on the east side. Although I would (unfortunately) replace it with a slope for better lighting of the basement rooms. About the driveway: I have also looked into garage driveway slopes... According to the internet, 15% incline is the maximum that should be done. I just find it very difficult to really picture. I once drew a 15% slope on a sheet and I don't find it that steep...

I somehow can't quote right now... about the slope: take a long board or something similar and really recreate the slope somewhere in your apartment... that way you can better see how steep it actually is. Or think about whether you can spontaneously recall any road section where, for example, a 12% slope sign is posted and maybe try riding up there.
