Light can be turned off.
Opening ports still means double NAT.
But if you manage that, you can also get Unify running with help from the internet.

Ok Ports opening is the easiest thing in the world :D What do you think of unify Video doorbell and poe video surveillance camera? Or should one rely on others?

Nothing. Better use regular IP cameras. Unify is a closed system.

The electrician without IT knowledge should just pull network cables there and leave them long enough so that someone knowledgeable can terminate them correctly afterwards. The extra cost only comes with the access point (hardware) itself, not with the cable, which is the same with or without PoE. Make sure he doesn't have to do anything he doesn't understand. Drill into him that the cables must run without any splicing from the connection room of the (possibly sub-) patch panel to the "stress points" (term from his world), and that he should do, not think.

Ok It could have been that the Unify video doorbell and cameras work well with the APs and so on. Yes, from each location pull the cable for the access point centrally into the technical room to the switch (and buy it yourself) I can connect it later myself (it's just plugging in) Unfortunately, I have no idea yet how the electrician will be, whether he knows what he's doing or not, or how good he is

If he thinks that whether the access point has PoE or not is in any way relevant to his work, then everything about his knowledge is probably said :-(
