The empty conduit now seems to be the weak point. Can't the new cable be laid next to it as an underground cable or with a new conduit? Camera and co cost immense amounts after all.

Well, I didn't have such a large conduit installed down there for nothing. I just wanted to be able to push it through easily.
I have to properly expose the other cables first. I also want to check if they are all intact. Especially the 5x16mm. I don’t want to have a big short circuit there in two years because the insulation somehow got damaged.
Cut a piece of empty conduit cleanly lengthwise and slip it over both ends. Then fix it with plenty of adhesive tape. There is probably no completely clean solution.
