What do you think of the DUR-Line satellite dishes, Quattro LNB, and multiswitch??

We want to use a Quattro LNB with a multiswitch. We will run the 4 cables from the roof to the technical room and distribute them from the multiswitch to all rooms (approx. 5 outlets + 2 cables per outlet).

Does the Quattro LNB and multiswitch setup work the way I imagine, or is there another solution that is better?

We only have an empty conduit for the access point network cable in the filigree ceiling. Can I still get that sorted cleanly?
I thought the sampled network cable in the ceiling was already ready for the access point and no patch cable would be needed anymore. :/

Otherwise, I want to say three things:
1. Until a few months ago, I had 0% knowledge on the subject and I am very grateful to the forum and especially many of the forum members who also convey similar/the same information in other words in this thread.

2. Our electrician also seems to have no knowledge about networking. What made it worse: He quite offensively disguised his lack of knowledge as "experience." Only after I also assertively expressed my wishes did he at least concede with a "I'll do it the way you want."

3. Unfortunately, the rule of thumb "a double socket is only slightly more expensive than a single socket" does not apply to our electrician. With him, a double socket costs twice as much as a single socket. I also asked him for an explanation here. He said: "My single sockets are almost too cheap for that. It's a mixed calculation."

In exceptional cases, a field-terminable RJ45 connector can be made on an installation cable. The problem is that the cable is very stiff and the connector is too bulky for most access points.

What I have seen once was a spacer ring of about 25-30mm between the ceiling and the access point. The cable and the keystone module were placed in the resulting cavity. I think back then the ring was milled from wood and painted white. Alternatively, you could print one yourself or cut a piece from somewhere.

Thank you, we will definitely have an flush-mounted box installed with the cable and keystone module as shown in the picture for the APs.

Can you still help me with the satellite system? Or were my considerations correct to do it with a Quattro LNB and multiswitch? I have a total of about 10-12 satellite cables that will be distributed to the rooms (better too many than too few).

For satellite systems, perhaps better to create a separate topic or attach it to an existing one.

My impression is that router and network experts rarely install a satellite system. In my opinion, it costs unnecessary money, takes up valuable photovoltaic space, and looks silly.

Ok then I will ask separately again about the satellite system. I still think satellite is the best solution for TV reception.

How would the consultation for a video doorbell look here, as it still falls under the network area?

We would like to have a video doorbell that sends the image to the registered phones (to me and my wife) and can possibly also be displayed on a smart display like Amazon Echo. The door should still have an acoustic chime (possibly retrofit another chime in the attic if the existing one is too quiet).

Which doorbell would you recommend to me and what do we need to have prepared by the electrician? Should we also opt for POE with the doorbell? It is important to me that the video doorbell does not require a monthly subscription.

A WLAN video doorbell like the Ring from Amazon is probably not recommended in new construction.
