Why do you think that SAT is still the best solution for TV reception? €10 per month or sometimes even much less (in the future it will probably get cheaper) at about 50 providers and you have Internet TV with HD channels. That's much easier, isn’t it? No one-time costs for the satellite dish, no unnecessary repair effort, no roof space is consumed, no ugly appearance... Of course, it always depends on the Internet expansion in the region. With fiber optic, I wouldn't even consider putting a SAT dish on the roof. Above all, everything today is moving more and more away from linear TV anyway... everyone watches media libraries and subscribes to additional services etc...Ok then I will ask separately again about the satellite system. I still think satellite is the best solution for TV reception. How would the consultation for a video doorbell look here, since that still belongs in the network area? We would like to have a video doorbell that sends the image to the registered phones (to me and my wife) and possibly can also display it on a smart display like an Amazon Echo. The door should still have an acoustic chime (possibly install an additional chime in the attic if the existing one is too quiet). Which doorbell would you recommend to me and what do we need to have prepared by the electrician? Should we also rely on POE for the doorbell? It is important to me that the video doorbell does not require a monthly subscription. A Wi-Fi video doorbell like the Ring from Amazon is probably not recommended for new builds.
