Our approach is just different there .
Long before the talks with companies, we looked at many houses. Model houses, houses of friends and acquaintances, the internet or other sources.
We first wanted to clarify for ourselves what we actually want. How does our taste fit to a house and how should it look - only then did we talk to companies.
We only discussed with our general contractor’s energy consultant that we don’t want an air-to-water heat pump and how we can get a gas condensing boiler without solar - despite KfW55.
We wanted an anthracite-colored roof tile beforehand (so that it matches the light clinker and coordinated with the windows creates an overall picture we imagine), preferably glazed to repel moss.
Glazed is now not possible because the development plan does not allow it, so we checked if there is one with engobe and the color tone? Yes - quickly done.
I did not look at what was included in the offer but took my floor plan and marked and planned sockets, LAN sockets, switches, motion detectors, lights & spots, speaker cables, etc. As we want to live later, that is how we planned.
Talk with the electrician - that’s what we want, what does it cost?
A nice example is maybe the stair builder.
We met with him, laid down our floor plan and a picture of a staircase that we liked stylistically. The question was then: Can we realize this kind of staircase and what will it cost us?
Imagination was step 1 for us - from that our house was born. Then we simply looked for the right partner with whom we can implement this project at a fair price.

But what am I supposed to discuss with the heating engineer? Junkers is listed in the construction description. And there is Junkers, whether they wrap the pipes blue or gray with foam, it doesn’t matter.

If Braas Doppel S is specified for the roof in the construction description and the development plan says red or anthracite, then there are only three tiles left.

What should one discuss with the electrician except the position of switches and sockets.

Or what am I missing in imagination?
