Ok....not necessary. We own 1 PC, a real one. It goes into the office next to the router. And then each of us has an iPad. Our TV is supposed to be internet-enabled, but we have never used it. Why would we? Otherwise, the electronics equipment consists of a Yamaha receiver plus an Onkyo CD player and a TEAC turntable, two Canton Fonum speakers and a subwoofer, and a DVD player. In the kitchen, a portable radio is playing. There is no more E stuff.

Habits change. We are also "old school" when it comes to electronics, now annoyed by some minimalism. However, we also have Amas Prime now (I always thought something like that was unnecessary), and I think in 10 years we will be glad to have our LAN sockets behind every TV. Best regards in brief

Ok, LAN at TV spot, I'll check the house connection box. Probably doesn't cost the world. (However, aren't the TVs all WLAN capable by now) Karsten

The data volumes are getting bigger and bigger, [das ist verkabelt besser]. And the connection is also simply more stable.

WLAN is still what is called an alternative when a cable is not desired or available

Best regards in brief

The fish heads, indeed. I think it's great. I believe that with age, the special requests actually decrease. And the really old ones are then outright consumption enemies. They don't want all the useless stuff anymore. Sometimes I also wonder if one is happier then? I, for one, am happy every day when I zip up my overpriced white stairs. That will probably fade soon...
