I still find it unnecessarily complicated, way too big, and the living space will never feel cozy. The dressing room is too large in relation to the closet space it offers; it's a dark passageway, this can be done better. Maybe I overlooked it, but why wasn't the idea of swapping the living area and kitchen picked up? Now you have this ballroom with the large dining table and the kitchen separated from it. The living room will never offer a cozy feeling. I personally would swap that. But this has already been mentioned several times. Still a jumble of sections. For me, also a sign that this floor plan simply doesn't fit yet. I quote again our old architect: you can pee a good floor plan in the snow. Here even an artistic pee-er would have to give up. It could be better, nicer, more thoughtful with fewer square meters, fewer bay windows and corners, and still look good. With the size, you could at least expect generosity, but here it has been tucked away. Nope, it wouldn't be my thing. But I already notice: that's what people want. Then do it.

I always find it a bit funny when people react so touchily if the proposed suggestion is not implemented. We explicitly want such a large living/dining room and find it nice. We simply do not want a kitchen integrated into the living room.

How exactly do you imagine the suggestion of swapping the kitchen and living room?

The kitchen is closest to the entrance and the living room is exactly on the southwest axis with the terrace.

Just saying "swap x with y" without further concrete suggestions is of no use to me.

Which corners and bay windows actually?

Offtopic:
I might consider in the last picture whether it is wise to put the name of the architect and your construction address on the internet.

No, it is not and was not intended, that's why I removed the border everywhere else and probably forgot it there. I can't find any edit function and I also can't report it..

I can edit the post, not the old one. I also can't report it. Mod please delete the last image.

But: that's exactly what is meant: kitchen and living room swap. The dining area can be integrated into the kitchen. Yesterday I was still wondering (in another discussion) who that saying came from. I suspected Haydee ;) There's some truth to it. What immediately strikes me here are the open-plan space as well as the long hallway on the upper floor in a negative way. And today I realize (completely repressed) that there is supposed to be a basement as well. I'm less worried about cleaning, there is staff for that, but who wants to walk those distances every day to be able to live there. I probably wouldn't feel like having to cook so separately, call "dinner's ready" to the sofa, and then serve. And then the choice remains: comfortably past the open double doors at the entrance or the maid's door, which is supposed to separate staff from the owner in the hall.
