What is also noticeable - laundry room on the ground floor (passage from garage to house), utility room on the upper floor and utility room in the basement. Well, one can certainly do housekeeping, but on all 3 levels? Here, a laundry chute from the children's bathroom to the utility room on the ground floor would be advisable.

Where exactly the utility room will go is still up for debate. Right now, I'm concerned about both. The rough room planning and whether the planning otherwise causes unnecessary costs due to the arrangement of the rooms.

I understand the basement, but we will still consider it.

What is Town & Country

I'm also interested in assessments of the average price per square meter. Currently, the basement is apparently included in that.

For over 900 k, the basement will be included. A big "depends" comes on top of the QM prices. Anyone planning a house of this size is usually not satisfied with special items like laminate flooring and one light switch for the living room. A rule of thumb is 2,000 euros per QM plus additional construction costs. For this house, it will probably be more. Town & Country is a general contractor with standard houses without much frills, so the opposite of this.
