Thanks in advance for the suggestions. However, according to the development plan, the building must be oriented so that the ridge runs from west to east. Unfortunately, this makes rotation impossible.
I am currently going through my messages and just noticed that the question naturally receives opposing answers.
So: the kitchen is not what it promises. There needs to be more workspace, so island size and closer to the row,
swap utility room and WC/wardrobe,
At the moment, we have a 4m long kitchen row on the right and on both sides 60cm tall cabinets with appliances in the middle are stove and sink which together take up 150cm and we get along great with that. I think the kitchen is sufficient for our personal needs. Nevertheless, I find the objection valid and have given it further thought. What do you think about it?
Regarding swapping the wardrobe and utility room. I actually initially placed the utility room first. However, that doesn't fit with the windows. Or rather, the windows are not necessary in the utility room and only take up unnecessary wall space. Also, a shower no longer fits easily in the guest bathroom if you place the window to the east. I also liked the idea of having the open wall directly at the entrance so that it appears spacious.
Is the plot precisely aligned to north? Or are there positional changes and north is not exactly at the top of the plan?
Here again is the orientation of the plot
