Can you be a bit more precise? Would this also be conceivable? (Apart from the interior layout and whether the house actually has to have this shape.) You have to be asked everything. That is quite annoying and takes the momentum out of the discussion.

Hi Katja, I'm sorry. I'll try with more details. The plot is 528m² 21.1*25m. Unfortunately, the access road is fixed and cannot be changed because there are neighboring plots all around. I will try to draw the site plan and how the neighboring houses will be positioned right away.

So attached is the site plan. Unfortunately, there aren't many options. Possibly the south-facing orientation of the garden. However, that makes the driveway into the garage difficult.

Garage to the front towards the driveway. Possibly on the west boundary or in the south next to the neighbor's garage The driveway costs a lot of money over the length The house as suggested by Kaho rotated 90 degrees to the east boundary

The access road is really lousy and a 9m garage is quite a solid wall. Even if you orient the terrace to the west, you’ll only get sun there if the garage actually moves to the other end of the driveway. That’s going to be quite a challenge for the driveway. But honestly, I would probably do it – I’m a worshiper of light.
Maybe like this:

Or if you’re a bit bolder, then like this:

(House dimensions are just for orientation and do not claim to be meaningful.)

Garage in the west and around the corner – you have to see that you can make the “turn.” Could be tight. Is there already someone who knows the space requirement for a 90° turn?

To the south would be a shame. Then you have neither south nor west sun on the terrace. The plot is too small for that.
