The corridor is 1.75m wide. Without making the house bigger, I hardly see any possibilities for more corridor width here offhand. 2.75 x 2.15m - there’s easily enough room for a drying rack. Well, it’s not quite that simple. A tread width of 23.2cm may still meet the DIN standard, but in everyday use that only works up to shoe size 35 or so. What shoe size do you have? That kind of thing is best measured and tested in a model home park. Yes, I always take that, too. Sure, there are thicker ones, but it’s usually just about 2 cm extra – which doesn’t make much difference.

I've adjusted it to 370. That should work, right?

You want air at the entrance, but you start the stairs directly next to the door there. I actually like Katja's layout much better.

Stairs, for which the following drawing is attached in the pinned post of this forum section:

And this for examples with a floor height of 280 cm, you want more after all. Downstairs, you have to calculate about 130 cm for the 1/4 turn staircase and that then right next to your entrance door.

Regarding your planning ... the kitchen peninsula will rather be a storage area and with 60 cm depth is actually rather impractical anyway, especially with a 135 cm distance to the cooking/sink area.
Anyone who wants to get to the fridge always has to go all the way into the depth of the kitchen.

What is the small room upstairs supposed to be ... another office?

Strange,
I come to a different result with the same initial values:

That's funny. Sorry, I don't know who's wrong here.
But when in doubt, better plan for more space.

This will be a gable roof with 2 full stories. Do you really need that bay window for the kitchen? It's nice, but it forces you into symmetry in the house width. Without it, you're more flexible.

Regarding space in the entrance, your design can't really be called spacious. You have a narrow hallway next to the stairs. The feeling of space is broader, but don't underestimate the bulk of the stairs! People always think it's air and that you could fit entire living rooms underneath.

When it comes to the kitchen, best stick to Kerstin (kbt09). But if you ask me, it’s terrible, sorry.
