The house is not open at all. Open at best in a negative way, that you get rid of your jacket in the living room because there is hardly any space in the hallway. Air spaces do create holes, but in tight spaces they need to be checked for sound and drafts.

It is not usable anyway. With the staircase moved, it will barely be a closet room.
Unfortunately I cannot upload PDFs. The measurements would also be there.
Better no PDFs. The desire to have something different from the conventional can usually become a disaster in a tight space. Here there is a really bad staircase location. This leads to standing in the living room from the entrance, the WC has no window, laundry is done in the office, the dressing room isn’t one, and the important technical room, which contains the heart of the house, can only be accessed by a ladder.
