No garage but carport+equipment (gable roof/double-shell masonry). dispensable typical extras were around 50k. From my very limited local experience, I can only say that I consider the house feasible with the budget. Whether the OP or his architect can achieve that and what the situation is like in his place of residence, no idea.

The house is not open at all. Open at best in a negative way, that you get rid of your jacket in the living room because there is hardly any space in the hallway. Air spaces do create holes, but in tight spaces they need to be checked for sound and drafts. Not in my federal state either. It is not usable anyway. With the staircase moved, it will barely be a closet room. Better no PDFs. The desire to have something different from the conventional can usually become a disaster in a tight space. Here there is a really bad staircase location. This leads to standing in the living room from the entrance, the WC has no window, laundry is done in the office, the dressing room isn’t one, and the important technical room, which contains the heart of the house, can only be accessed by a ladder.

By the way, I like the house shape from the outside. That is something special. I would at least swap the kitchen with the living room. You need to figure out the stairs. I would lean them against one wall, with a "room" underneath for the wardrobe. Guest and office together. Use atriums for more space and make a fixed staircase above the other leading to the attic. There you also have storage. Just under 300,000 plus additional construction costs plus kitchen and furniture plus garden, etc.

Thank you very much for your input! You are simply right on many points. We have shifted things around a bit and tried some things out.

The windows on the north and south sides are no longer floor-to-ceiling, which now offers more options for furniture placement. There is now a 2m long coat rack and a guest bathroom with a window. Also, the office downstairs has been omitted and replaced by a utility room.

The two north terraces are just a leftover. Everything will take place on the main terrace in the west.

Here for further discussion. We are still pondering about upstairs.

Would like to have a site plan including access road, terrain dimensions, and building plot boundaries. I really don't understand at all why the house is positioned like that. Rotate it 90° and you have a proper garden. Or am I wearing my glasses the wrong way around?

Access is from the west.

Since we are usually only at home in the evenings, we decided on a west orientation so that the sun does not shine into the living room all day and you can fully enjoy the evening sun.
