To the great design from #19!
There is nothing angled. It is even very clever and without much fuss more elegant than many other T- or L-layouts in a bathroom.
Moreover, there is some brain behind it – more than just rooms lined up one after another. And I have to ask: is it always the same planner/architect or are there different ones? At least they all show functional but not boring, rather well thought-out floor plans (even if there is one compromise or another).
And I think it is very good that the entrance is accessible from the front, because a door directly at the garage does not create a nice entrance area, nor is it safe for the residents traffic-wise.
Yes, it is small. But in fact, I know even smaller ones. The bigger, the better, but a large utility room is planned in the attic.
I would be interested in the roof design there. How will the roof be executed in the utility room? Or will there be an asymmetry with the gable? Or will the roof be pulled down further at the back in the northeast?
Then it will actually be much smaller than seen here.. then the laundry tower also makes sense, which currently looks very lost and cramped in the large room.
I would swap the living area with the kitchen in this design. Remove the partition wall and possibly extend the interior wall in the living area a bit. That needs to be checked. The missing wardrobe would bother me. The 1.80 x 40 x 1.80 in the existing house should probably not be enough for a 3-person household for all seasonal items?! However, the guest room is also mentioned as storage. If you really become four people someday, it could get tight.
Oops, I notice: the dining area is very compact. That can get cramped.
Phew, I wouldn’t have any worries about that at all. There is no through traffic that could bother you. The house 5 meters from the street, then plant a nice hedge, the dining table at the brightest spot with a southwest window, living room anywhere, and the kitchen nicely by the evening terrace in the west-northwest.
But if it feels wrong for you, then leave it. You can also gravel a driveway instead of paving it. When money is available again in 10 years, then you pave over the gravel.
Shower bathroom oddly angled

Technical room very small – maybe expandable with a bay window to the rear?

(30 km/h zone and only access street for the rest of the residential area with maybe 15 houses)
