We want to build in Winterlingen in the Zollernalb district, the development area is the 3rd amendment and extension of the Riedern development area. I can also gladly attach the development plan as a PDF or is that not allowed?

That would honestly be new to me. Why should the state building code sabotage the development plan?

Is "just" a carport enough for you? At the front it says double garage with at least 6x7m...

Legitimate question. A carport would be a big compromise. However, here we agree with . We mainly wanted the garage for our roof tent, which should be stored somewhere (preferably hanging, so that you can park the car underneath). Here we would have to look for ways to make the thing theft-proof with a carport. One option that came to mind was a single garage with an adjacent carport. How much cost savings there would be, and whether it would be worthwhile, of course remains a question. The 7 m length comes from the wish to eventually accommodate a bus measuring 6 m in length. Depending on the situation, we might submit the building application and only build the carport/garage when the financial means are available again, meanwhile parking the roof tent at the parents-in-law’s.

Oops, a bus needs more height than a standard garage...

I actually started one a few days ago. However, here only a roof with gables on the left and right sides would probably be suitable. As a measurement: the staircase is (for now) 3.70 meters long.
