Responsibility of the architect in case of KfW interest and further matters

Again on that: Unfortunately, we only received the completed bill of quantities from the shell constructor last week. Before that, we only had the offer, where it was not broken down like that.

We had even informed ourselves beforehand about the costs of disposing of construction debris and excavated soil. But the architect said it would be cheaper if the shell constructor disposes of all of it.

The old architect said in December that the offer was already okay price-wise. As said, we only received the [LV] last week. What can you do? You have to have a minimum level of trust in the architect.

Ok. Well, then you’re lucky. I didn’t have anything. But that doesn’t help you either?

Like the container disposal wasn’t included in the offer?

Sorry, I meant in the contract. Not every item is broken down like in the [LV].

Nope. I check everything every day. Even the technical execution and annoy the people because it’s my house and my money.

Didn't see the compression tape during window installation. Already made a call about it.
