Despite repeated inquiries (since the calculation is already very old) we have received nothing further. No cost estimate for the tender, only the service specifications, so that we can also obtain offers. The young architect also said on Wednesday that some service specifications are difficult to write and that he therefore had a company prepare an offer and then created the service specifications from it.

Wow. I would discuss the fee there..... YOU can do that yourself and don’t have to pay an architect for it.

I agree. I can’t assess some items, but those I feel confident about are estimated at the very bottom end of the scale. Was this still done by the experienced architect or his young protégé? And if it is from early 2018, add a flat 10% just because it is one year old. Sorry about that, I would arrange a crisis meeting directly with the boss. For example, painter €5000 is probably only calculated for the extension, but even that is really low... The materials alone probably amount to €500 for the area. Electrical €12,000 could be correct if you install a basic setup. Heating €5000 is a simple gas boiler, right?

Well, okay, but do I really have a basis to renegotiate that?

20k euros plus VAT were agreed upon.

The cost calculation is from the experienced architect (!). From the very beginning, we made it clear that we absolutely want a few things, so not everything is standard. We even sent this to him in advance by email.

Yes, gas heating. The old gas heating was from 1992 and was already removed by us including radiators.

She commissioned all service phases (according to the parallel thread)? According to HOAI? Then I would strongly recommend taking a look at that.
Redacting prices from offers is !not! to be equated with drawing up a specification with a service program.
