That was meant seriously about the luck!
Well, I only have detailed offers. Nothing more. These are signed and that’s it. Somehow I don’t understand your architect. You are really making it much harder for yourselves.

Even for disposal with a container, I find that outrageous. Here in OWL we pay €250 for a 5cbm "soil-stones" container from the local disposer, so €50/m³. The landscaping contractor charges €30 for a 10cbm container.

I would probably talk to the civil engineer and ask for a clear breakdown. That already borders on usury and would therefore be a criminal offense.

Maybe he has bad soil or the architect and the shell builder are sharing the money. Who knows :-p

To be honest, I didn't want to write it here because that's quite a serious accusation. But since no other offer from a different drywall installer has been presented at all, I almost suspect something like that now.

We didn't have a soil survey carried out, but since the settlement developed organically over time and even the structural carpenter said that the excavations were unproblematic, I don't think the soil was particularly bad.

The delivery notes from the disposal company only say "1 flat container provision 6 cbm for / (sic!) Tg".
On some slips, the driver didn't sign either, only the structural carpenter.

I cannot classify this statement. The awarding of the structural and civil engineering work was obviously the result of a tender via bill of quantities and awarding. That means the most economical offer was awarded here. The prices were known in advance, simply and plainly the quantities were estimated inadequately.

Oh, sorry. What do you mean by saying that we make it difficult for ourselves?
