Let's agree on irreconcilable differences, that shortens things. And about the coffee: my dual-boiler can't even make drip coffee and cost more than the thermal blender. Crazy world.

Oh, that wasn't meant like that at all. The dough is kneaded by my Kenwood, for Maultaschen/Ravioli/Noodles I use the rolling attachments. Kneading by hand became too cumbersome and inconsistent in thickness for me at some point.

I also just noticed the irreconcilable differences regarding coffee. I have gladly spent a lot of money on our two-circuit machine as well. But the result is also about enjoyment. And not about "just quickly making a pot." Only a non-coffee drinker can seriously mean something like that, right?

We won't come to a common denominator there. When it comes to coffee, all compromises end!

and you have two-circuit systems and claim that you can’t make a delicious brewed coffee with an immersion brewing method? That doesn’t exactly show a broad coffee horizon either... *shaking my head* By the way, I have a dual boiler and still like to drink brewed coffee.

Yeah, and if I don't have the time or desire to chop wood or knead right now, I take the more comfortable option of central heating or the kitchen machine. Baking cake makes you happy too, and a warm house even more so. My two kitchen machines make equally good yeast dough, but the Thermomix does it clearly faster (and can also warm the milk and butter at the same time, which can be "messy" and potentially dangerous in the microwave).
By the way, the TM also makes pasta dough excellently; I haven't dared to try that with the MUM so far, afraid it might break - it twists so much even with the relatively soft yeast dough...

I don't need to have a broad coffee horizon. The horizon is sufficient if it extends up to espresso with frothed milk.
Brewed coffee is simply not everyone's thing...
