Does anyone have the Beefer?

Here, but not the original. I have the 1650 Fire, for €249, it has the same Schwank burner installed as the Beefer. Also completely detachable for the dishwasher, but apparently not quite as well made, according to what you read in forums... The latter sounds worse than it is though. I find the workmanship absolutely fine.

For the money, it's amazing, but you have to be extremely careful, 30 seconds too long and the good piece of meat is almost black. It gets really cool with a sous-vide stick. I have the one from Anova.
