Unless it is a new build or the screed has been redone, I think the choice of cork as a carrier is great. It gives nice warm feet. Otherwise, definitely have the installation readiness measured.
We also decided on vinyl click parquet throughout the entire house from the specialist dealer at a very good price per square meter. We initially wanted cork parquet, but it is simply not as durable and robust as vinyl click parquet!

HQ- Vinyl Tarragona Spruce!!! Built with a 1.5mm cork impact sound insulation, then HDF board, then cork again and a layer of vinyl + sealing! 10.5 mm thick! They are all the same! Similar to Decolife from Bauhaus!
