Do you happen to know the quality of the vinyl? As you know, there is quite a range of qualities. For example, with cork underneath, [blauer Engel] and wood fiberboard up to 1 cm.
No idea, I'm too uninterested in that. However, the rest of the house is high-quality, so I think they didn't buy it from the lowest shelf at the hardware store.
We had expensive vinyl flooring in the basement apartment of my parents' house, €80/sqm. It was installed as a floating floor by ourselves and there was also a larger window. There were no problems, but still, no one really knows how good the emissions are. Now we have parquet flooring and are satisfied here as well, but the vinyl was really durable!

And this fact should not be ignored just because the marketing has done a good job.
except that the plasticizers evaporate
Exactly. Warning!!! That is not healthy…

You really seem to be obsessively looking for arguments... If a pot falls on it, you might not have a permanent dent. On the other hand, vinyl is also quite susceptible to scratches. Have you ever walked on parquet and vinyl? You can clearly notice the difference. But I already said that I'm not a vinyl fan :)
Apart from that: What does your shading concept look like with pronounced southern exposure and large window areas? If you're already afraid of floors that can't withstand 70 °C, how warm is the room supposed to get? If the floor is supposed to withstand 70 °C, the rest of the room would have to be brutal. Some kind of sun-controlled shading should already be planned under those conditions, which would also somewhat relativize the floor problem.
