That is not only unrealistic, it is utopian.. That is already an outrage. 1263 sqm should have the same price as now 397..
I met with a friend today and she told me that she had an appointment to view a plot on Friday.
It was the same plot and they were only 15 ahead of us. The real estate agent had only informed her during the viewing that there had been a mistake with the plot size and it was 397 instead of 1263.
