At first glance, this really looks good to me. Whether one still likes the spots, the floors/wooden ceilings, and the bathroom ceramics is something everyone has to decide for themselves; in any case, everything looks well-maintained. To me, it honestly looks like a house you can paint and move into. Of course, there could still be repairs lurking everywhere. It says built in 1989 and a gas heating system that apparently has never been replaced. I would keep that in mind. But otherwise... very presentable. But as always, that’s just my amateur opinion. I’m curious to hear what you report from the viewing.
Oh, the garden looks like it needs some work; it seems somewhat neglected. But nothing serious, it seems.
The floors, wooden ceilings, bathroom and guest WC as well as the carpet are definitely out for us.
I would also replace the kitchen.
The garden also needs a bit of investment. And the heating system is on our radar as well. I think it will cost at least around 60k.
There will surely be some who would move in as is.
That’s why we have to look carefully at the purchase price.. and because there’s a realtor involved once again.
We’ll see..
