How do you assess this house? How much budget will be necessary?

And, did she get in touch?

Is this a divorce house?

No, she hasn't.

I wrote again here this afternoon and asked her for a brief response so that we know where we stand.

She replied to me 10 minutes later that she would get in touch in the afternoon. So far, no one has gotten in touch.

As far as I know, it is not a divorce house. She said that they have to sell it for professional reasons.

If she doesn't get in touch, of course, I won't either!

I really don't like people like that. I don't promise anything I can't - or won't - keep. I expect that from others too... whether you want something from them or vice versa. Impossible. These dominant people then get 30,000 more than they wanted and 100,000 more than they paid themselves. *badmoodvent* - sorry

I can’t understand that either.

I get the feeling that she is being strung along by someone right now and is now stringing us along.

I find that outrageous.

As I said, I won’t get in touch anymore!

That's how it is. But you can definitely say that. You understand that you might be in line. But you need to know whether 5 other interested parties have offered more or if you might be the "second choice," which will become clear in x days.

Get up, straighten your crown, keep going

I see it the same way. I really don't like such secrecy at all.

That was relatively much in a few days. Now there will be calm again, especially just before the holidays.

Let's see what the new year will bring on this topic.
