How do you assess this house? How much budget will be necessary?

1. Preferably a building plot. Alternatively, a detached house, restrictions: it must be in this district, no captain’s houses, no extreme old buildings, no thatched roofs, no terraced houses or semi-detached houses, etc. Top criterion: garden not visible to others.

2. Yes, we have been living in our semi-detached house, built in 2006, for over 3 years.

There are now too many reasons, even if individually they are minor, they add up to dissatisfaction.

However, they are not so serious that I have to move out immediately. We are simply using the time to search for the right one. And if we don’t find anything, then we will just stay here.

At immoscout 108876059, that would be, for example, something we could imagine.

Viewing tomorrow, however together with 6 other couples.. whether more will come I don't know.

I hate group viewings, but with an individual viewing we would only be next after the 6 others..

That really looks nice. I would possibly be deterred by the probably very nearby train station in connection with the noise barrier (something like that is not built unless the noise pollution is correspondingly high).

But otherwise, really charming.

That puts me off as well.

But yesterday I took the train in local transport for the first time in years and was surprised to find out how "slow" they become as soon as they approach the station.

Of course, I will observe this very closely this afternoon. If it's too loud or, to put it exaggeratedly, if the train passes in front of my terrace or the dishes in the cupboards rattle, I obviously won't accept that either!

I have heard that braking and departing actually cause noise. More than a passing train. But that is just hearsay.

How was the inspection?
