Your thread is too complicated. One doesn't even know what you are aiming for. Hence the troll theory. You only partially respond to posts, reject solution proposals by introducing new facts, question clear legal principles, even our entire social order, and keep raising new, vague questions. If the sketch is supposed to be the basis for the question of a sensible division of the property, a lot of information is missing. Too little is shown for a §34 or §35 area, dimensions and heights are missing for assessing distance spaces, as well as for the driveway (how wide, how much distance to the houses). How are the depicted buildings used (residential house, swimming pool, shed, garage), how old are they approximately, are building permits available, were there formal preliminary building inquiries or non-binding inquiries with the authority? And of course, what you and your parents envision is still missing. My first assessment: Your garage stands in the way of the third house.Too complicated?
