First of all, many thanks for that! Then one can already say that our view was not completely far-fetched. I find the idea of a completely different configuration interesting. I will discuss that with the appropriate experts. Not that one ends up creating a new problem regarding the buildability of the rear part of the front property. I still see a possibility according to Section 34, and I am also quite clear where the line has to be drawn there. Not that the area inherits the status according to Section 35 through the merging of the two parcels...

Sebastian and Matthias You won’t see anything at all because it’s not your property. First sort out your personal matters, you can’t take anything with you to the grave anyway.

Wait, am I reading this correctly? After your current problems, you want to put a second house on a plot that already has a house? Also, I find your posts ambiguous. Are there two legally separate plots, or just one large plot as your last post suggests? Please upload a picture of the cadastral map, then we can gladly discuss possible new subdivisions.

I have just quickly made a sketch. On the front property are my parents’ house, my house, and a garage building, with my house and the garage building forming a visual unit. The driveway is in the middle. South of the garage, there would probably still be space for a house, whose southern edge would have to align flush with the garage on the neighboring property, as that is where the "contiguously built-up district" ends. And then there is the rear (southern) property, which can only be accessed via the front property and is not buildable. To the north is the street, and otherwise all properties are surrounded by a green area.

Seems like no one has an idea? Too complicated? Leave everything as it is?
