I can't really comment on the prices because we built before 2020.
But a lot is missing there? Don’t you have gutters or anything? Where does your rainwater go? The fuse box already costs 2000€?
The chimney was already three times that in 2013 for us, ok also twice as high/long ;) ...
And instead of flooring, you went for the fancy fingerprint system and wood stove?
That's right.
I think it’s good when earners of lower salaries can afford their own home if they want to, but even here there are some bitter pills for you to swallow, at least the mentioned location (AdW). If you or you can’t exactly do a home office, some of the savings from building the house will be eaten up again by commuting costs in the future. That can become difficult at this salary level at some point. Such calculations are no longer discussed then.
You would also have to add your hours of EL to the listing...
