If you had built your own house yourself, you certainly wouldn’t have left these gaps. The bad craftsman just didn’t care.

Very quick question?
I don't know a single person who buys insulated bricks and builds themselves (poroton)?!
Everyone uses standard bricks and glues insulation behind them, or mineral insulation with cavity wall construction.
These mono bricks are way too expensive (except maybe aerated concrete)

What is your question now?
Whether you build monolithically or use external insulation is rather a question of what you want. I have no idea what the price difference is if you buy them yourself.
I also don't know if standard bricks plus insulation are just as easy to work with, I can only speak about what we had installed.

But for that, you also need a tow hitch.

And yes, the costs for a previously purchased car with a tow hitch, in order to then be able to transport something with a trailer, go on which list? That is then concealed by the gentleman who can post a tuned list of a cheap house here.
No, he obviously owns the car. That then doesn’t go on any list.

You see, everything has to be considered individually and not generally as "everything fits in cheap".

You can retrofit a trailer hitch to almost any car. You don’t have to buy another car for that. It costs about 500 to 800 euros. And with the car equipped with it, you can use it not only for construction. If you have a fireplace, to get wood. To get material for the outdoor facilities. To take away garden waste. To get shrubs for the garden. Etc. And all that also for friends and acquaintances. Who then do something else for you in return…

We installed the trailer hitch ourselves in the self-help workshop. For about €250 including everything. It cost us and a friend 6 hours of work. The offer from [Automenschen] was €800 at that time.
