Distance between doors and floors 25mm

I talked about this with our carpenter two weeks ago because we are also getting a ventilation system. He said about 5-7mm is done, not more.

Is it recorded as a reservation in the acceptance protocol? Otherwise, your note is not worth much today.

Regarding the doors, there was no insight whatsoever, therefore nothing was recorded in the protocol.

Does the warranty not apply in such a case?

With us, it is generally solved differently for the necessary circulation for the residential ventilation. The doors have a maximum of 3-5mm of air at the bottom, but the door frame at the top inside is invisibly specially milled from the factory on both sides.

We initially also had a door fitter/seller who wanted to solve it similarly to you – with about 1 - 1.5 cm of air. He was sent away immediately. But 2.5 cm is absolutely not acceptable and is technically certainly not necessary.

Ask the manufacturer of the ventilation system what they recommend or what is technically necessary. Then go to the builder with that. He should please order new door leaves right away.

is that the door to the bathroom/toilet? if yes, that would be okay so that the "steam" can escape in the bathroom. There were times when ventilation supply grilles were installed in the doors. for other doors, 1 - 1.5 cm is normal

How does it look with an apartment entrance door? I have a gap of 14mm. What would be the maximum acceptable?
