Then you get everything delivered ready-made, stones and adhesive. Insulation no longer goes on the outside. I looked at that in our construction and can hardly imagine what you could do wrong. And that is not only possible with Ytong, but with many stones. This also has nothing to do with rip-offs. There are simply enough people who do not want or cannot do it for various reasons.These are both extreme positions. But I consider the statement that you can continue sticking the stones yourself after the first row at least daring. I would never come up with that idea. Luckily, everyone can do as they think. But I see it similarly to floor plans. Everyone thinks, "I can also do the architect's work myself." You can do it, but then it's just stupid.
With painting or flooring work, I still see the possibility of doing it yourself, simply because that is a trade that is on the surface/outside, and you can redo it if it doesn’t turn out great. But with the shell construction, I wouldn't even want to try that. We are no longer in the '70s, especially considering the current requirements for thermal insulation... I simply cannot imagine that this is all just a rip-off and that every Tom, Dick, and Harry could build their house 80% by themselves.
Trailer is the magic word to protect your car. The maintenance costs are close to zero, so it is relatively worthwhile to quickly buy and resell a used trailer.
