Most of the shoddy work is not seen at all; it is already covered up by the time the client arrives.

Yes, that's how it should be!! From the contractor's point of view That is indeed true, which is why building with Bau U. - besides the high price - put me off, because you can never be 100% sure what they put there. You don’t see it as you are not on site permanently! Hopefully, these are only exceptions who work so sloppily

Dangerous half-knowledge. If the moving company performs electrical work, like connecting lamps or the stove, then this is done by a so-called skilled electrician for defined activities (EFKffT). They receive additional training and are then allowed to carry out clearly defined tasks.

If someone does not have this additional qualification and is not an EFK, then they are not allowed to connect lamps either. Also, an EuP (electrically instructed person) is not allowed to do this, if I remember correctly. Especially since EuPs need an EFK who regularly supervises the work.

If a company does not comply with this, I wouldn’t want to be in the boss’s shoes in case something happens... if suddenly the police and public prosecutor show up because of a possibly fatal electrical accident caused by botched lamp wiring...
