Have you seen this? Everything has been on offer for months like sour beer. But the provider neither responds to Immoscout nor to direct emails....

Strange:

The agents certainly receive hundreds of messages; I’m not sure if they look at all of them. I still remember how many emails I got when searching for a replacement tenant for an apartment in Ehrenfeld, over 300. What stuck with me from the plot search: When four plots in Cologne-Weiß were for sale and I requested the exposé the same morning the ad appeared on Immoscout, all four were already sold before the exposé arrived. Upon inquiry, the agent told me that people had made appointments on the same day and signed preliminary contracts right on the field (with square meter prices over 700 EUR). CONCLUSION: If you are really interested in an offer, google the provider and call or go there directly. The usual way via email can take too long......

If I could get a plot of land for 700 euros or slightly more, I would immediately strike in [Weiß] if there are no serious location disadvantages.

That dates back to old times. When I came to K 16 years ago, that’s how it was told, similar to Hahnwald, segregated and well guarded. But there are also nice areas. If you come from the center along Rheinuferstr., so heading out of town (or towards us) and turn right one street before the Gürtel, there are really some nice old villas). But I agree with you, everything beyond the Gürtel is not really nice.

New railway city in Opladen?

Depends: there are the big developer projects... dozens of cookie-cutter houses. And there are developers who also market smaller building areas. We bought from the developer, but practically planned individually; he just had the land.

I think that's more or less how it works in Roggendorf-Thenhoven. There is a company called Paeschke that sells individual plots and on the other hand has also built semi-detached houses off the shelf there.

They have had one plot on offer for months. There seems to be a big catch somewhere if no one wants it. But the location is not interesting anyway.
