you have to think differently:

You are building a cabin for several 100,000 euros and still don’t have space for a stroller ;)
Exactly because of things like this, you build a house among other reasons!

Okay, since the biggest "mistake" (in my eyes) probably shouldn’t be discussed: Is the wardrobe space in the master bedroom enough for you? For me, that would be clearly (!) too little, not just because of the clothes, but also things like bed linen need to be stored somewhere.

That's exactly what we think too! But if I have a terrace, a garage, and a basement, I shouldn't have to worry anymore about where to put my stroller, right? :D And as you already said: temporary. So I have no doubt that a suitable spot can be found there :D

We have 3.40m of closet space. Currently, we have a 2.65m closet including bed linen/towels and any other stuff that we can't store anywhere else (very small apartment).

A large closet is supposed to go in the basement for winter jackets/clothes that are only needed seasonally so that we can also switch here accordingly for the "thick" clothes. Currently still stored somewhere in the closet and in our storage room :D

So I even suspect that we won't fill up the closet :D

As you wish. However, temporary can mean several years under certain circumstances ;)
If you consider the floor plan practical for you, then it fits.
I see tight spots and things that could be solved better.

I would narrow both the kitchen and the bathroom by 60cm, then a row of cabinets will fit in all the hallways.

Then on the sleeping floor, all bed and bath linens as well as a collection point for used laundry can be accommodated, and on the ground floor, all jackets and coats for the whole family and all seasons will fit. This saves having to rearrange.

The kitchen becomes more usable by narrowing; either furnish a pure two-row kitchen with an extra deep work surface (75-80cm deep) or as an L-shaped kitchen with a separate side cabinet block. From the main entrance to the kitchen, I would provide a direct access; otherwise, the housewife walks a lot between kitchen, laundry room, and sleeping floor.
