Floor plan - Single-family house planning 2 full floors - city villa

My floor plan was never up for discussion because my house was already practically built.
If I am sure about the floor plan, I don’t need to post anything here. But apparently that wasn’t the case for the TS ;)

We are sure about our floor plan. Just because I would listen to opinions or suggestions for other ideas doesn’t definitely mean that I am uncertain. Lively discussions help to gain another perspective and then see whether something makes sense or not.

If we weren’t sure, we wouldn’t have chosen it. Any changes that we had already considered at least partially beforehand didn’t help us. It could also have been that someone had a super-duper idea in some area (e.g. even small things that we might actually have missed). That wasn’t the case. But that’s no problem either :) That’s what such a forum is for. It also served to get confirmation that it is perfect :)

I am 100% sure about everything I do and stand 100% behind it, you can certainly tell. But I find that extremely important in such a project :)

Everything could have been limited to 5 pages here. Sometimes it’s simply unnecessary to argue (unfortunately I am very bad at that too, but only because it’s my thread :D). Sometimes you would just wish to get input that is really useful. Of the 19 pages here, you can throw 15 in the bin. The rest show meaningful drawings/alternatives/ideas.
But that is exactly the point that 11ant already mentioned... Anonymity on the internet. You can’t expect any different. But it’s not a big deal, you just have to get through it :)

yes, it's okay. I always enjoy hearing new views and opinions and am at the same time surprised that there are people who consider a floor plan like yours to be perfect. But there are also people who have bought a Fiat Multipla :p Everyone is just different...

We find it perfect :) I have also been a quiet reader in the picture threads --- Alessandro - I too am surprised how people can plan such things and actually consider something like that good or beautiful. But that's why everyone builds for themselves, right? :)

Yes, of course. I really don't care at all how you live and whether you feel comfortable. You can only point out things that are impractical :) Have fun and enjoy the [Einfamilienhaus]!

mimimimi.... People also made plenty of "fun" about my habits, so you have to be able to take a bit of it too :) Everyone has their own opinion about it anyway.
At least Alessandro didn’t find it a big deal and has no problem with it :)
