Many idiosyncratic mistakes have already been smoothed out. Great. The dressing room as well as the bedroom give me no sense of space at all. In the bathroom, the furniture just seems to be placed in randomly at first. I find that arbitrary and it has more the charm of a junk room – there has to be space for the tub somewhere, so I just push the rest further away (or something like that). With a width of 2.78 meters and a size of 10 sqm, it should really fit. Later, you won’t be able to fix it and will have to do without the beloved double sink. You should also consider whether these quarter-circle showers are really desired. Square ones are hard to furnish, and the sink in the corner of the guest WC also doesn’t look really functional. What also stands out is the size of the sofa: something doesn’t fit. I don’t find the west-facing windows sufficient; a large one in the living room would fit well. At the moment, the house turns away from the garden. What is the bar in the kitchen for? Where does one look from there? It somehow hangs there awkwardly in the middle of the room, this narrow piece... The chimney on the upper floor doesn’t match the one on the ground floor. The washing machine planning is right in front of the garage door... maybe just try playing through everyday life and daily routines. And think about whether the tools, onions, suitcase, and yellow bags should all be stored together in one room, where hand laundry is also supposed to dry. I can reveal now what caught my negative attention first: when you come down the stairs, you look half at a wall and half into the cloakroom along the line of sight. And even if there were a door there, the picture would bother me. Either a fully centered closed wall or a deliberate asymmetry, but not into a cloakroom. The same applies to the upper stair landing. But that can be balanced with a floor lamp. A greater distance from the outer wall would be better. The whole (staircase) would be more important to me than the open space. One must not underestimate the power of the sun in the open space above. That will not be a blessing, that will be a curse. Personally, I would NOT orient the terrace toward the neighbor if there is so much garden space on the side. I also wouldn’t place the house so far forward, as a large front yard has always had a good and beautiful purpose.
