Objection: Door widths: downstairs office can easily have a wider door slightly offset. Upstairs also feasible. Bedroom: who says the bed has to be placed like that? The room itself is sufficient for a bedroom. Upstairs WC has a WC with a hand washbasin. In the bathroom there is one washbasin. Kitchen downstairs: wardrobe removed, kitchen wider. Table and 2 chairs in. Or 3. There is enough wall space to screw in coat hooks. K.

if the OP draws the furniture like that, then he wants to arrange it that way and that doesn't work. Of course, the desired furniture fits in both rooms, but not like that

You, I don't believe that. These PC programs encourage playing around, then someone just casually places a couch somewhere, and it looks professional. No way would the TV ever actually be there in reality. And what is a sofa doing in the office, there should be a cabinet for files and maybe a second chair and an Ikea Lack for a cup.

The office is also supposed to serve as a guest room - if I’m not mistaken. Nordlys, if it’s just gimmicks, it’s okay; if he wants it that way, then he knows it doesn’t fit.

Don't think it's a bad idea now. Correct the door dimensions and see if it still works. Swap the wardrobe and guest WC so that the latter gets a window. Views are a mess – that has to be completely redone.

What would really bother me: you’re chopping up the bathroom with the trouble of bringing the utility room upstairs. For bigger houses, sure. But you’re building with a basement and making it smaller because of that. I would plan a laundry chute here and move the whole thing to the basement, especially since you might even be able to connect a door there directly to the garden for an outdoor clothesline. Instead, a nice bathroom where you’re happy to get up early and can get to the window without falling into the tub.

With 4 people and regular guests, I would try to include a shower in the guest WC as well.

The kitchen is sufficiently wide, finished width 250cm ideal.

What, in my opinion, does not work is the living room wall, which turns the entrance area into a cave. From the front door, it then looks like this, not very inviting to walk towards a wall.
