You also have a great sense of space with a central airspace. Because you can see it from the dining area and living room. But as always, it's a matter of taste. I claim that many would first have to see it live to be able to make a judgment. I've posted it before, it looks similar in my place. Also with the "ballroom" under the airspace. But no grand piano will fit there anyway.

This place has been bought at a high price and it takes a certain greatness for it to be more than just a hole in the ceiling. I have seen some houses with these ceiling holes, there is no trace of generosity, unfortunately! It has by now become a piece that is used to mask other lack of creativity and poor room layout.
