I would furnish the main living area once to scale with furniture. Including TV, shelf, chest of drawers, etc.

I would go along with that but for this house a flat roof / Bauhaus style would work well (but I am not a fan of flat roofs...) "Shooting slits": Are the children's rooms that tall or are they already in the "attic"?

My predecessors have already explained it ... please draw in the sofa and TV as someone has already done, I would find the window uncomfortable, but that’s up to you ...

If the wardrobe is only for guests, where does your stuff go?

Regarding the dressing room: if one person gets up while the other is still in bed, the first one runs to the bathroom, then back past the bed, then looks for their stuff in the light ... the other one can’t just stay lying there, and not only for now but for the next years ... one should consider that ... does the toilet in the master bathroom then have a floor-to-ceiling window??
The bed is also by two floor-to-ceiling windows ... you have to like that, it also depends on what you see / who sees you from there ... I would rather not have visual contact with the neighbors during intimate moments (-;

Regarding the plot hmm small is "GOOD" the prices here are around 280-300 € per sqm, so we are doing well, standard in our area is 300 to 350 sqm offered.
We are still lucky here because we got a garden plot that an older lady no longer uses.

I will still think about the door.

I more or less measured the dimensions with a ruler, the bathroom is 3.65 m wide, the shower 1.15 m, the space between sink and tub will be about 90 cm.
I will really take another close look at that!

YES the laundry chute should actually go into the hallway or master bathroom, now the architect apparently planned it in the kids’ bathroom, that will be removed. The bathroom should be a bit smaller so that the older kid’s room can be a bit "bigger".

NO the street is exactly on the other side where the 4 "flat" windows are (west).
In the chill corner there will be a 4.5 m wide sliding door, the architect misunderstood a bit so that we have a whole wall in glass there.

Yes, I also can’t get used to the side views with the glass surfaces toward the garden, that will be changed, I am 100% sure about that. My requirement was that the windows on the upper and lower floors align but that "DOESN’T LOOK GOOD!"

There will be intermediate ceilings in the kids’ rooms so they can make either a bed or play corner chill corner there, that’s also why there is some "light".

Oh, there was quite a lot here, thanks for the suggestions, I will write everything down and review it!

So from the outside I find it very unattractive. From the inside too open and impractical. House would be suitable for Musterpark

Yes, I had planned that as well; there should be sliding doors in the kitchen and a sliding door in the living room. The middle one will become a fixed unit; maybe I will change something there.

THANK YOU
