Here is a site plan but just as a preliminary, as I said we are in the early stages,
the terrace should be the black (thick) around the house, east/west, the gray should be paving, the yellow the garage (just an idea how it will look, we will see).
Regarding the plot hmm small is "GOOD" the prices here are around 280-300 € per sqm, so we are doing well, standard in our area is 300 to 350 sqm offered.
We are still lucky here because we got a garden plot that an older lady no longer uses.

The wardrobe was already mentioned.
I will still think about the door.
The master bathroom works, but the distance between the bathtub and the sink looks a bit tight. Maybe turn the T to the left wall? Hard to say without measurements.
I more or less measured the dimensions with a ruler, the bathroom is 3.65 m wide, the shower 1.15 m, the space between sink and tub will be about 90 cm.
I will really take another close look at that!
Laundry chute planned somewhere?
Or should the washing machine go into the kids' bathroom?
YES the laundry chute should actually go into the hallway or master bathroom, now the architect apparently planned it in the kids’ bathroom, that will be removed. The bathroom should be a bit smaller so that the older kid’s room can be a bit "bigger".

I am also a lover of light. Generous glass surfaces are great. But first the functionality of the house must fit. I’ll just assume that the street is on the left side of the plan. Then you would be looking right at your sofa from there:
NO the street is exactly on the other side where the 4 "flat" windows are (west).
In the chill corner there will be a 4.5 m wide sliding door, the architect misunderstood a bit so that we have a whole wall in glass there.
I can’t really warm up to the elevation yet. Maybe it would be nicer to place wide glass fronts in the kitchen area instead of 3 single doors?
What are the loopholes in the children’s rooms for exactly, or what happens with the space under the shed roof?
Yes, I also can’t get used to the side views with the glass surfaces toward the garden, that will be changed, I am 100% sure about that. My requirement was that the windows on the upper and lower floors align but that "DOESN’T LOOK GOOD!"
What are the loopholes in the children’s rooms for exactly, or what happens with the space under the shed roof?
There will be intermediate ceilings in the kids’ rooms so they can make either a bed or play corner chill corner there, that’s also why there is some "light".
Oh, there was quite a lot here, thanks for the suggestions, I will write everything down and review it!
