I still have questions :) I find the parapet height of 0 in the guest WC strange – is it planned that way only because of the look with the cloakroom window? Access to the guest WC would be too close to the living area for me. Even if the cloakroom then loses floor space, I would prefer the door on the wall.
Have you already explained somewhere why the parapet is 0.25 in the bedrooms?
I always like to answer ;)
So it’s due to the look and the fact that I can watch people from outside ;) The underside of the window will be frosted glass.
The door is fine as it is; when it comes to odors, ventilation is installed, and the look is more pleasant for me this way. The door of the second kitchen will be hinged on the outside but open inward (I don’t know the technical term).
It used to be parapet 0.0, but there were a total of 5 steel beams at the bottom of the windows, which didn’t make the window look good.
Now a bench is supposed to go into the windows, and in the 20 cm in the upper floor there is reinforcement, all for the sake of the structural engineer ;)
