Floor plan of a single-family house approx. 200 sqm for 4 people the first drafts

I did a bit of puzzling:

--> reasonable aircraft carrier (3.6m) as kitchen with hidden pantry
--> shower bathroom instead of just a toilet

-Kitchen The wall (5m) with window is already planned with a 3m wide island, the storage room is a "second" kitchen row for the "dirty" work

- We had showers included but after a long back and forth removed them, we still have 3 showers in the house which should be enough (one more in the basement by the sauna)
- for that we made the wardrobe "large"

--> Parents' area in the front area. That way you don't have to pass sleeping children. Significantly bigger and more spacious on the same area through changes

I find the design by extremely appealing. Especially the kitchen together with the storage room etc. would be something special. A backup kitchen could also be integrated there.

The first one would also be my favorite. However, I consider it problematic that the front door opens against the staircase. The open space and the stairs bring quite a lot of kitchen noise into the children's rooms. I would have concerns about that as well.
