OK, the wardrobe is only for guests in our case, but it is over 1 meter wide (I will still reconsider moving the toilet door, there is enough space for that). Regarding the dressing room, it is two meters wide: 70 cm on one side and 40 cm on the other side. The wall in the dressing room will be closed off towards the bedroom so that it can only be entered from the front. But I will look into it; maybe I can add another 20 cm.

And you have no cloakroom? Jackets? Shoes? ... Well then, let’s see the site plan including the house on it. WITH orientation. We wanted to see the data of the development plan here and then, subsequently, your desired story. ... it’s already difficult... well, maybe you can still manage that?

I like it a lot – except for the shed roof – I don’t like that. So please change it.

Seriously, nice plan. But does it fit the plot? 670 sqm isn’t that much, so you would first look at how the house fits in there. Would you like to upload a site plan? That would also be important for the cardinal directions.

Otherwise, a few minor things:
The cloakroom has already been mentioned.
The master bathroom works, but the distance between the tub and the sink looks a bit cramped. Maybe turn the T to the left side of the plan? Hard to say without dimensions.
Laundry shaft planned somewhere? Or should the washing machine go into the kids’ bathroom? There would be space, but I guess you probably don’t want to ruin such a generous plan with work, right?
The chill corner doesn’t really seem cozy.

I’m also a light lover. Large glass surfaces are great. But first the functionality inside the house has to be right. I just assume the street is on the left side of the plan. Then you would look directly from there right onto your sofa:

That makes a chill corner uncomfortable. Well, at least for many people.
So yes to lots of glass – but think it over.

I can’t really warm up to the elevation yet. Maybe it would be nicer to place wide glass fronts in the kitchen area instead of 3 single doors?
What are the loopholes in the kids’ rooms actually for, or what exactly happens with the area under the shed slope?

The house is spacious. Even though I don't really like the exterior appearance, it certainly looks very good inside. However, I see about 1,300 m3 of built-up space here. I am more likely, especially because no standard is probably going to be installed here, between 700,000 - 800,000 €, and in my opinion, that does not include any KNX.

In the open-plan living area on the ground floor, I would definitely plan with wide sliding doors. Double doors in the dining room and kitchen are always in the way.

I like it!

Wardrobe a bit bigger.

Offset at the top of the plan creates a corner that is not energetically optimal.

Is there a site plan with a north arrow?
