Floor plan of a single-family house approx. 200 sqm for 4 people the first drafts

Hey, just wanted to check in and show what has become of the plans, it has gotten bigger and a bit different ;)

Take a look for yourselves, tomorrow we'll start with the floor slab for the basement.

I like it. Only the passage width OG Elternbad between the bathtub and the washbasin seems too narrow to me. Corner washbasin in the children's bathroom? I can't imagine that being practical. Is it going to stay like that?

No way! The hallway is supposed to be Cllen; I don't want a hatch there and so on.
The motors are already "quiet."

There will be about 80 cm of space, that should be enough. The corner washbasin was just an idea; we're having the bathroom furniture custom-made, and nothing has been decided yet.
My daughter will then "decide." Her idea was a sink in the corner, awkwardly under the window wall with wall-mounted bathroom furniture extending up to the start of the shower.

I still have questions :-) I find the parapet height of 0 in the guest WC strange - is it planned that way just for the look with the cloakroom window? Access to the guest WC would be too close to the living area for me. Even if the cloakroom then loses space, I would prefer the door on the wall.

Have you already explained somewhere why the parapet in the bedrooms is at 0.25?
