I think it's pretty cool. I hope you have a good window installer. But I have to mention a little thing: let the door in the children's bathroom open the other way around. Otherwise, Child 1 regularly gets bumps on the head. I would find the bathroom door next to the head of the bed in the parents' bedroom very uncomfortable. Better to turn the bed 180° and place it against the wall opposite.

The daycare room will open inward, the bed will also be on the other side, the architect just drew it wrong.

But knowing myself, there will probably be one or another change during the construction phase as well.

Window installer is a bit of a story... actually, my wife's uncle, he is a locksmith with his own company and my wife also works there, but he has no idea yet what awaits him.

Oh dear, for these windows it's best to have someone who usually builds windows at Hufhaus, or something similar. I would definitely not take anyone who has never or only rarely done something like this, and certainly not from the family, if you like them.
