I did some puzzling:
Ground floor
--> Reasonable aircraft carrier (3.6m) as a kitchen with a hidden pantry
--> Shower bathroom instead of just a toilet
Upper floor
--> Parent area at the front. That way you don’t have to pass sleeping children. Much larger and more spacious on the same area due to the change

That’s how it would be for me. Maybe you like it, maybe not.

The view isn’t really good yet either. The house needs a flat roof and then it goes in a direction like this:
