What does "basically" mean - do you now have the approval planning but no detailed plans yet?

We have now submitted the floor plan as shown above to the building authority, and on Monday the decision will be sent out by the building authority (I spoke with them today). It is then approved as is. Next week we will clarify the further schedule with the contractor, and it will start as soon as possible. But we have not made any selections yet; the first appointment for the interior doors is at the beginning of April. The window manufacturer actually wanted to wait out the worst Corona period, but that will not happen now. We had the first conversation with the electrician, and we will make the selections only shortly before. But that does not mean that small things cannot still be changed if we come up with anything.

What do you mean by detailed plans?

When the building permit is granted, there is a change stop for you and then the general contractor prepares detailed plans and orders the material. A plan for the foundation slab, basic pipelines, and masonry then flies around wrapped on the construction site; we kept it as a souvenir, where has it actually gone?
