Where she is right ... [emoji57]

If you insist on holding on to it by force, then nothing can be done. It is also difficult to believe someone with life experience
If you want to have your own experiences or light doesn’t mean as much to you as a big living room, then that’s just how it is

Brief regards

Keep it up. The more you free yourselves from the model house as the "corset" of the planning, the better. Try to identify the points in the model that really fascinate you and translate them into inspiration. Copying the overall design with a little tightening here and there and pushing the fireplace is not a "recipe for success". Have you ever followed up on the nasty suspicion regarding the right building boundary?

Unfortunately, it will also be very tight in terms of width in the living area and quite a small kitchen area. 10.12 house width ... should be about 9.3 m interior width.

Kitchen with island approx. 280 cm
Table, so that you can still walk through properly approx. 350 cm
Remaining to the right approx. 300 cm from the back edge of the sofa to the right outer wall.

I still don’t quite see how the staircase should run.

Door garage/utility room... I would do without it, but if it is there, you have to consider what it is used for. Unloading the trunk... directly into the house. Since the garage is not very wide either (bicycles etc. also have to be somewhere), the door should be planned further. It also has the advantage that the upper wall of the utility room can be used properly.
---------------------
As a starting point, I would find the Maxime 300 mirrored usable, the utility/technical room would just be without garage connection.

I hope at least you are allowed to link your own posts ... B . I had there the floor plan posted by Mat91 ( ) inserted again as an image using the IMG function for better clarity of my words, so linking to the local forum.

Apparently, the local administration wants such images to be downloaded first and then uploaded again by oneself so that the image is stored twice in the database.

Now unfortunately the image in post 45 hangs somewhere at the bottom and is not in the middle of the text as I had placed it.

Hello everyone,

thanks again for your support. We met again with the architect last Tuesday. As attached, we had sent him our improvement suggestions. He then tried to incorporate them as best as possible. Unfortunately, we are still not satisfied with the staircase. Do you possibly have 1-2 ideas on how to position the staircase in the best way? With our proposal, the door to the study no longer works. If we, for example, move this door into the living room, I am concerned that it would disturb the beautiful wall with the fireplace. Otherwise, what bothers me about the staircase is that it might directly overwhelm someone when the front door is opened. I hope for more ideas from you. Many thanks!

Hard to believe that this is supposed to be an architectural design. Well, I don't believe it. And the resistance to advice apparently leads to almost no one being interested in a discussion.
